Im using a compaq with windows 7 and the n.i. software will only recognize the device as multimedia. then it cuts off when i try to adjust the latency under multimedia the whole n.i. program cuts off. when i go to asio config as instructed the behringer screenshot doesnt pop up. I've already un/reinstalled the new asio4all driver and the behringer software included with the device. its the behringer asio config screen that wont recognize the device
