Windows security center doesn't start
Can't start windows security center and now I don't have anti virus and I can't download and save anything, I get a notification that everything I try to download (I.E. Norton anti virus software) is a virus and won't let me save.

My suggestion is to use Malwarebytes; a far better security program that updates daily when you computer is active. The good thing about MALWAREBYTES is it can check Incoming and Outgoing intrusion. You can pay for the program or Use it FREE non-commercial use. Http://:Malwarebytes.com
