Windows wont boot up when I turn on my Toshiba
I reformatted my Toshiba laptop last night with Windows XP. I tried turning it on this morning and Windows wont boot. A blue screen appears and it keeps crashing. All I can do is enter Windows in Safe Mode.

Try this, Enter to safe mode on windows, and restart it. When the windows restart (in progress), press the F8 key, then choose the option (using arrow up/down button) "The last good windows working" then press Enter. The windows shoul re-boot and see what happened. Good Luck!

You need an antivirus program to be installed after installing your operating system. Do it in safe mode. If problem persists let me know.
