Hi, First check that you have wash liquid in tank. second make sure that it will not freeze by putting alcohol in your mix of water and soap. You can buy it already mixed at most service stations. Check pump for corosion on contacts. Good luck.
The washer switch sends a ground signal to both the slow wiper motor slow winding, and to the washer motor. The hot side of these two has to have 12v on it. If you have a schematic on this you can supply your own ground signal to test them. Hope this helps.
