Windsheild wiper not working found fuse box but it does'nt say what fuse is to windshield wiper please send me a diagram of the fuse box for a 93 jeep grand cherokee laredo 6 cilinder

Pull the fuses one at a time and check them with a meter. If you do not have a meter, physically examine the fuse for a burned link.
Here is what a burned fuse (left) and a good fuse (right) look like.
Some auto manufacturers have some of their fuses in the engine compartment instead of in the fusebox under the dash. If you do not find any burned out fuses in the under dash fuse box and can't locate any others in the engine compartment, you will need to check your owners manual or go online to find the wiper fuse location.
Of course, you may find that it isn't a fuse at all, but the wiper motor, the parking relay, or some other electrical component.
