Winter ) and hard wire the Hydronic Heater and thermostat. when the switch is in summer position the 240 volt receptacle will have the power. When in Winter mode the baseboard will have the power. Is this OK by most code ( I am in PG county Maryland ). I have not purchased the heaters or Thermostat yet. Any recomendations? I assume since I have the 240 available it is a better choice than 110. Your best bet is to call your county inspector. Every County is different, for that matter, every inspector is different. Good Luck!!
