Wiper motors are robust, long-lasting and reliable and rarely give problems and fairly straightforward to test independent of the switching if there is access.
If you have owners manual look up fuse location and check fuse if good get test light and check for power at motor if no it's probably switch if yes it's probably motor make sure you have ignition on and blinker on
