Wippers stopped working out of the blue. It is not the fuse. Wippers move when physically moved with hand and do not stop where they are suppose to. There is very little or no friction when doing this. to wet and dark out right now to get a good look
You probably blew a motor, if you have acces to a voltage meter, remove the contacts, turn the wiper switch on and make sure you are getting voltage. If you are, then have the wiper motor checked.
