Wireless mouse stopped working after lap top battery ran out
The mouse will light up but will not reset. The curser doesn't work and we have treid to reset both the mouse and the stick. It all seems to work but still no curser. Have checked computor install says everything is ok?

Remove the battery and put it back. Try to reset. Use a mouse pad.
