Wireless Optical Mouse Mi-4150K doesn't connect to pc
I plugg the usb in the port but not even the usb light's on..it doesn't work, not even connect to the pc..it's like i didn't plugg in anything!!What can i do?

Windows 7/vista :
-step 1 :Press the windows button (start button).
-step 2 : In the search bar type device manager.
-step 3 : Open the device manager.
windows xp/2000 :
-option 1 for opening the device manager :
-step 1 : Press the windows button (start button).
-step 2 : Open the control panel.
-step 3 : Open the "System properties".
-step 4 : Click on the hardware tab.
-step 5 : Click device manager.
-Option 2 for opening the device manager :
-step 1 : Press the windows button (start button). -step 2 : Select "Run"
-step 3 : Type the following into the text box "devmgmt.msc"
-using the device manager :
-step 1 : Once the device manager is open, click on "Mice and other pointing devices" or "other devices" (if prompt).
-step 2 : In the newly open menu, if there is a "?"right click on it and press update driver.
This should almost force the computer to recognize the hardware plugged into the USB port.
