I need a Wiring diagram for Genius K7 Backlight Gaming Keyboard. The back lights do not work on this Genius K7 Back-light Gaming Keyboard. Everything else works. There is a wire a wire hanging lose and free where the USB cable comes into the keyboard. I need to find out where to reattach that wire and I believe everything will work perfectly. If you have one of these keyboards but no schematics or wiring diagram a simple photo of where and how the USB wires are connected to the small board inside will work great. It's very simple to check out if you're able to use a screw driver. Turn it upside down, tack the bottom/back off of the keyboard with the keys facing down. I believe you will be amazed at how simple these things are. I know I was. Here I thought I was going to see a huge board almost the size of the whole keyboard with an intricate maze of chips and electronics. It was QUITE THE SURPRISE! LOL Help if you feel comfortable doing this. Make sure you put all of the little rubber cups/nipples back on the keys properly before you put the metal plate back down. You never need to lift the metal plate at all. I just couldn't help myself. lol I just HAD to see what was underneath. Now I know that keyboards are far less "mystical" than I had originally believed them to be. At least you owe it to yourself to see how very small the electronic circuit board is inside. I almost couldn't believe my eyes. That's probably why I had to lift the metal contact plate inside. I just "knew" there had to be another much larger circuit board in there somewhere.
