With C168 Motorola I am not able to hear opponents voice but they can not hear my voice, but same if I insert head set (Ear phone) communication is fine with both side can hear each other. So, what can be issue?

Is it that they can not hear you as well if you call with your phone? Since with the head set, all communications is fine.
The problem with your phone is that the earpiece of your phone is bad and will need to be replaced.
If it is also that they cannot hear you when you use your phone to call, it means the mouthpiece of your phone is also bad and will need to be replaced, but if they can hear you with your phone, no problem.
But if it is only that you cannot hear the opponent voice that is the problem, just replace the earpiece and you can hear your opponent.
