The motorola z3 I bought won t charge. I plug it in and it seems to start to cycle by the screen turning white, then the bottom nav buttons light up, the screen displays charging phone for a few seconds and then shuts down. When I try charging it on the computer it will charge for a few seconds then kick out and the computer displays something about no drivers downloaded for this device. Is this just a driver problem that I need to download onto my computer somewhere? Why won t it charge from the wall then?
