Make sure the drain hose is not kinked or clogged. Remove the needle trap door to access the needle trap and unscrew it from the pump assembly. Clean the needle trap including the pump housing to make sure no debris is blocking the water from being pumped out. Set the washer to drain and check the pump motor if it is running or not. Inspect also the pump impeller; replace the pump assembly if the pump motor is not running or if the impeller is broken.
