Wondering if damage to Holmes HM500 humidifier is fixable...?
Hi,I think I broke my humidifier by letting it run w/o water for too long...now when I turn it on, it makes a loud noise and no mist comes out. Is this fixable, and if so, what part should I need to get?

Unfortunately running the unit for too long will permanently ruin the unit. there isn't really a way to fix it. i do deeply apologize for that. so unfortunately you might have to replace the unit.
