I am replying to your questions back. After the wash cycle it goes to the rinse cycle it just keeps trying to do something and water just trickles in the drain out but it will not pump water out it just trickles out the drain pipe and it will not spin,(we had emptied it earlier ourselves and the machine would then try to spin the wet clothes but it would start to spin and then shut down it would never get into a full force spin) as it is now with water in it just makes noise like its trying to do something and does not advance from the rinse cycle at all, i tried advancing it to spin with water in it and it does nothing there either. I had gotten it to give me a series of about 5 beeps after it tries to spin when just the wet cloths with no water in the tub after the 3rd try.It is very confusing but i never got lights I need to know what i need to look for, i just got the series of beeps when the cloths were just wet with no water in the tub.Its stuck in the rinse cycle wont rinse pump or spin or advance on its own.If empty of water and just wet cloths it tries to spin but shuts down and cant get into its full spin and we know these machines can spin.
