Hi. First remove the battery to reset the phone, and check if the problem is still there. If the phone is under three months old you can call the phone provider, or Nextar, at the number listed on manual, and get the phone replaced. If you do not want to replace the phone, go to a phone shop, test a replacement cable and ask to test the battery.
