Won't flash I Have a Metz 70-mz5 flash that I am using with a canaon d10 digital cameral. I used it for a wedding and it fired ok for a while, then stopped and will not fire anymore. It charges, the lights come upt to 100 % on the battery. I also have the smaller batteries and it will not fire on either of those. Any Ideas?

Try to short out the contact pin of PC cable with a flat bladed screwdriver. This must set the flashtube off (flash), if not cable if defective.

Try to short out the PC cable's Center pin to outside contact. This should fire the flash.
If not, your cable is defective.
