Won't install drivers on Vista
Hi
When I plug in my N1 Wireless notebook card, my laptop finds the new hardward, tries to install it and then fails. I read on the Belkin site that to install it on Vista I have to do what it says in this guide:
http://www.belkin.com/support/article/Default.aspx?lid=en&pid=F5D8011&aid=6112&scid=0
Although I can't find the software package that it talks about, and I think this is what I need to get it to work.
If anyone can find it, or find an alternative solution, I would be really grateful.
Thanks,
Dlight

This is the page, look to Vista 32 bit drivers and click the downward pointing arrow

make sure you install the software first, then connect the adapter, or when the hardware is found you must be prompted for the driver and point it to the cd drive to install or the folder you saved the downloaded driver to.
you can use the windows wireless zero configuration instead of belkin utility, see if your network card is showing in control panel>network connections, if so right click, click on TCP/IP line, properties and ensure obtain an ip address is ticked, click apply and than restart the pc
