Alesis Multimix 8Usb Mixer when installing the software it wont install the 2.0 device and i up date the drivers and on alesis direct monitoring it says unable to find Alesis IO 14 or IO 26 can you tell me what i have to do to make this unit work there is no sound comming out of the speakers
