Hi i have a twin turbo 450, and a turbo 450 dymo. both are attached to iMac snow leopard vis there usb connection. i want to use them both on macbook pro remotely. i have installed the latest demo label software v8 and i have done the add a printer in it and added them both to the macbook pro. When i come to use them in the software application to print a label it won't print it. it says it has sent the information and acts as though it has been printed with no errors, but nothing comes out the printer. When i powered down the iMac and tried to print again from the mac book the information is "the printer is not connected" although both printer are showing in the software and in my printer section. Its as though turning of the iMac which they are usb too has put them to sleep ? any help please I'm not technically minded but i will give it a go.
