It seals one side of bag ok, then we put food in and it does not vacuum and seal, Vacuum process just seems to keep going and going. There's a gray plastic piece in the tray that is not referenced in the manual. I'm trying to figure out if it was placed there just for shipping purposes and should be removed before using!
