Wont start i changed the oil, oil filter and air filer and i still cant get it to start. Its a kick start, i can kick it over and over but it wont start at all

Is there a spark at the plug??...is there petrol in it??.is.the kill switch is on??...just work your way threw things....if it ran befor you did the oil & fillters..then it maybe something you have not conected back up....so have a good look & see if you can see anything obivis!!...then check the things i suggesterd...hope these help
