Won't start reading, everytime the screen shows 'E'
I turn it on.
I wrap the cuff.
I push the START button.
The numbers go to 14-20.
Then the 'E' letter shows.
Rather not spend the money to send to factory if anyone on this site can help. Thanks.

The 'E' means it is not seeing your heartbeat. Try various adjustments when wrapping it on your arm or, try the other arm and be sure to rotate it about 90 degrees for the opposite arm adjustment. If that doesn't work then the pulse counter is probably broken. Any other symbols showing up on screen?
