Won't tick over
Bought last year, it ran then. daughter didn;t ride it over bad winter period nor started it.
For a while after stripping & putting back, it would tick over on it's own for a while - but then it would rev manically then stop.
I'm begging to hate this bike, any (clean) suggestions please?

Try checking the small filter inline to the carbs and the vacuum line that connects to the fuel feed valve on the fuel shutoff unit.There"may" also be a small screen behind the shutoff lever.
