+ wont work at start menu
At the menu it says, "press +" and when i do, it doesn't work. It works for all of my other games except this one. We even got a new copy and it didn't work there either!How do i fix this?

Well i can tell u its not the game because i have it and it works fine . Have u ever tried with a different remote or re syncing it
