The iriver was working fine this is my second one and the second time this has happened. All of a sudden the iriver will be apart in my car like maybe it was knocked out the lighter. There are three parts I notice. A spring, the metal part that goes into the lighter and a back round cover. When I put the part back together the part that goes into the lighter sinks back INTO the iriver when I plug it up. Please help me fix this!
