Working on a Toro Timecutter 5060. Machine will start, mower blades will run, but the machine won't move when the motion control levers are pushed forward
I have installed a new battery, The machine starts easily, but it will not turn off when the key is turned off. The only way the machine will turn off with the key is when he motion control levers are pulled to the center.

Sounds like the switch wiring is compromised and possible that the hydraulics are in the disengaged setting. i wouldn't recommend messing with the electrical. most small engine shops offer inexpensive if not free estimates to repair these kinds of issues.
