When I turn on the oven, the Convection message is showing but the fan is not running.. I tried to click the convection button to turn it off and turn on again, but the fan is still not running.. Do the fan normally starts running when you turn on the oven..?

Make sure that the fan motor is being energized. If so, and it does not run then the fan needs to be replaced.
what do you mean by energized?
Listen, I do not think you are knowledgeable to attempt a DIY repair. Incidentally, being energized is a euphemism for getting electricity.
