WRONG INK BLOCK IN THE WRONG SECTION
IS THERE A WAY TO OPEN THE SECTION WHERE THE PHASER HOLDS THE INK BLOCKS? SOMEONW AT THE PLACE I WORK PUT A RED INK BLOCK IN THE BLUE SECTON, AND I CAN;T GET IT OUT. PLEASE HELP

Best way I can suggest is to take a screw, A drywall type screw and twist it into the block.
Then slide it back. You may have to take a screwdriver and break it into a in half or thirds.
