Wrong part received?
Re:order #W696705. part #590698. Part that arrived was labeled correctly. I have not taken the rewind starter apart yet, but it looks like a no go. It appears the part is too big to fit in the slot and is not the same size as the old one.

It probably is lawnboy are good for sending the wrong parts dont buy lawn boy or tecumseh engines both junk
