Wurlitzer 2500 jukebox wire
Where does the wire go in a Wurlitzer 2500 jukebox? (The string I used for many years wore out and someone else took it out so I can't follow its path with a new wire.) Also, what's the best type of wire to use? Thank you very much for any advice you can provide.

Presumably you mean the brush wire?
It ties to the end of the sprung lever which holds the brush, goes right and hooks over the small metal wheel, down through the hole in the base plate, then left, hooking round the metal wheel on a bracket....and ends at the lever which operates the furthest right of the change over switches. When the switch operates the brush moves.
You don't have to use wire. You can use nylon string.
If you mean the wire that operates the turntable ....that's a whole different ballgame.
