Sounds like a formating issue. Itunes takes mp4's only. A PC usually works with mp3's or other formats. See if the software you are using offers you to record them into an mp4 format and that should fix it for you. If it will not let you record in mp4, you can download a simple device that can convert them. Honestly I thought ITunes converted them already, may be a setting in ITunes to convert as well!
