X2GEN MW19U Does Not Power On
I bought this LCD from Ebay and it won't power. The screen just stays black and there's no light anywhere that could show there's any power. I used the power adapter on my speakers and it could power them so i feel the adapter is ok. I opened the monitor and couldn't find any burns. I'm not really an electronic person but am willing to try out ways to solve the problems. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot or solve this problem will be greatly appreciated.

You will need a multimeter to check, there is a proteection component that may look like a transistor( but only 2 leads on it) or what might look like a small blue capacitor. also the diodes at the power circut need to be checked. also be sure that solder conections are secure in the power circut
