Xante Ilumina paper james on duplexing
We have had our Ilumina for about a year now and in the past 6 month, been noticing paper jamming when duplexing.
There are files we can duplex all day long and then there are other ones that jam the machine up every time. I feel like we are using the same printer/paper options are being very careful when setting up new ones but, something is happening to make the machine job. It seems to happen on files containing more pages. U even tried making a PDF of the files and sending that as well and still james when duplexing. Anyone out there have similar problem or a solution? Are your settings for media type and media weight are correct. Remember different paper, different settings. Make sure your feed rollers are not worn, if worn replace them. A lot of paper jams are caused by miss-feeding, due to worn feed rollers(try cleaning them with alcohol).
