I have a XANTE Screenwriter4 that continues to say there is a paper jam when there is not one. Not 5 minutes before this started I was printing films with out a problem. I have tried to restart the printer. I have re-set it holding down the "Online" and "Tray Select" buttons on start up. It is now flashing "Ready/Printing", "Exit Paper Jam". Again, this printer was working fine 5 minutes before this incident. PLEASE help! I am out of ideas.
