Xbox live I've hooked my router up to both my laptop and my xbox 360, and only my laptop is able to go on the internet. The xbox says something about the MTU failing, and that there is a way to adjust my router for it to work. How can I alter the MTU setting so that I can use my xbox?

You need to enter the router configuration. How you do this varies by model, but usually involves typing your gateway address into a web browser. Then, you need to assign your xbox an internal IP address and activate port triggering or forwarding (depending on the sophistication of your device) to send information on the designated ports to the Xbox.RICHARDM69
