I read your recent color management response.
I am trying to produce a profile for a Phaser 7750, but not having much luck and wondered if you could assist.
Firstly, we have calibrated the machine using the in built visual guide. We are then trying to produce an ICC profile using a Colormunki spectrometer and software. The Colormunki software asks that we print its color targets with no color management, however, there appears to be no way of turning off colorsync in the driver and the sRGB Neutral Grays only has the option for Auto, Pure BLK or Composite BLK (no None option). Can you see where we might be going wrong? 
The settings we used are - Colorsync (Standard), Color Correction = None, Print Quality = Photo, sRGB Neutral Grays = Pure BLK. The Colorsync 7750 device has the original Phaser Media 7750 Profile installed. On the printer we select Color Correction = None.
When we have the final Colormunki profile we place it in the Colorsync application as the devices profile for both CMYK and Gray.
