My docucolor is doing the same thing thats mentioned in the post. I turn it on, and it says system will be ready in 7 minutes, then, all of a sudden it goes, system fault,power off then turn back on. But it never counts down from the seven minutes, it just stays at seven minutes then says power off and turn back on...please help if you can.

I have read over 5 post with other people having the same problem, how come not one reply seems to know what they are talking about, is no one qualified on this topic.
