Xerox Phaser 7750
We have a xerox 7750DXF that sat a while in storage. Now when I try to print I get a message: Laser Unit Failure...If persists, call service. Code 10.

Phaser 7700 removed from storage.
getting bad color mix on printout.
seems all colors are dull and smeared.
already replaced all toner cartages.
Same issue here with a 7750DN. Came out of storage with error 11. I would like to remove ours. Can you tell me how?

There is a motor in the laser called the polyogon motor, It turns the mirrors in the laser.
It most likely is not starting fast enough.The laser isnt that hard to remove. But if it has failed, it is pretty expensive.
Let me know if you want to attempt to pull it.
