1) Power Off the Xerox work center 5225 printer by pressing its Power button. Remove the HD and then switch On your printer. Wait until the warm-up period gets completed in your device.
2) Now, turn Off the Xerox printer and then reinstall the HD unit. Switch On the device and verify if the error is rectified. Take the Imaging Unit out and then reinstall it.
3) Power Off and On your printer. Now, replace the Imaging Unit.
