Hello I got a xerox workcentre 7335 with a error code 009-349. It started when 1 of my workers took an air hose and blew the inside of the machine out (yes I know it was a bad idea). I know it has to do with the 1 btr, so we changed it out (figuring a quick fix) but we still get the code. Does anybody know if I have to have a PWS system to reset this code or can it be done on the copiers control panel? I know how to get to the maintenance back door part Hold down 0 (zero) for 5 seconds and press start (green) button enter 6789, confirm press log in/log out button or the key button press systems settings, common settings, maintenance, NVM read/ write But don't know the number to type in and set to zero.
