I have a new machine. There was a document jam in the ADF which I cleared but I still receive a "document jammed" message and it will not photocopy anything either in the ADF or on the flat bad.
Any ideas?

First unplug power cord for 15 minutes and see if this clears the error.
Inspect the inside of the machine, remove the toner, check deep inside and put toner back.
Ensure that all ports are closed.
If you still get the error , as the machine is new, call the service support number listed on the owner manual.
