I downloaded the software, plugged in the phone, charged the batteries, plugged in the USB connector reception unit to my computer but I have NO RECEPTION signal coming from the cordless phone! Everything seems to work OK apart from making any calls! Very frustrating.

I ordered the phone online through the Skype webpage and it arrived to me in Italy from Luxemburg so I have no idea where I can get assistence! The Skype software assistence tech online wrote me back saying that I needed to contact the manufactures but where can I find them?
