Yamaha 2006 V-star classic. Battery charged, but all I get is a clicking noise. What's wrong??

Battery is fully charged, lights come on, all good to go.....but nothing is happening except clicking sound.

If it is not too big I would try a push start. if it is too big for that I would suspect the starter.
