When printing, yellow toner remains on the transfer belt beneath the four color drums. Even when not using yellow, it still appears on the printed piece as if the yellow toner has not been fused. Have cleaned the belt, but problem happens again. This occurs no matter what colors I use in my art. Any suggestions? Thanks...
