Yes I have a Westinghouse flat screen tv and the sound coming from the TV is just a hight pitched squeel which gets louder as the volume is increased. Is this a bad speaker issue or a bad sound card?

Hi DK,
The speakers in your TV are delivering what ever the are receiving from the sound section. So it is the sound card which is defective.
