Report "Yesterday our Quicken Deluxe 2008 wouldn't open, and the problem was that the launcher was not responding. I uninstalled and re-installed Quicken several times, but it still won't launch. I have Vista Home Premium, and have been using Quicken on this PC for more than two years with no problem. Any ideas?"
