Zenith R49w36 problem
I believe the 3d convergence is out on this tv. I have the classic bows on top and bottom of the screen. Where can i get the ICs STK numbers? and is this something that someone should try to fix at home?

Had the same problem with my Zenith TV. Convergence was all out of whack. I purchased a repair Kit from www.TvRepairKits.com The kit had all the parts and simple step by step photos of the repair. At first the repair did not work so I emailed them and within an hour they told me to check two other items. Sure enough they were right! The set is now working perfectly. You guys rock!

Most of the zenith R series TVs use the STK392-120 Convergence ICs there are two of them. You can get new replacement ICs at the following link and they include free instalation instructions with pictures so you can do the repair yourself. heres the link.
