Zeroing problem ive zeroed my scope bang on at 25m by resting my gun kitchen window sill, but when i raise the height of my gun shooting at same distance my pellets are dropping by about an inch this has got me scratching my head please help!!!! my gun is a pcp .177

Make sure you rest the air rifle on something soft, like a folded jacket for a rolled up towel.The rifle will always shoot away from a hard surface.If you rest against the side of a tree, it will shoot away from the tree.If you leave your pellets in the sun, and they are warmer than the barrel, they will always shoot high.Good Luck
